DESCRIPTION: ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers... Hocking River at Enterprise. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Hocking River at Enterprise. * WHEN...Until this evening. * IMPACTS...At 14 feet, water spills into Kachemacher Park in Logan and onto low-lying roads near Haydenville Road at some locations along the river. Also, water will be across State Route 93 just south of Logan. Lowland flooding also occurs in Rockbridge. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:00 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 13.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is near crest. The river is expected to begin to fall this morning, and is expected to fall below flood stage this afternoon. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

A contrail is an artificial cloud, created by the passing of an
aircraft.
Contrails form because water vapor in the exhaust of aircraft engines is suspended
in the air under certain temperatures and humidity conditions. These contrails
are called exhaust contrails.
Another type of contrail can form due to a temporary reduction in air pressure
moving over the plane's surface, causing condensation.
These are called aerodynamic contrails.
When you can see your breath on a cold day, it is also because of condensation.
The reason contrails last longer than the condensation from your breath is
because the water in contrails freezes into ice particles.
