DESCRIPTION: ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Minnesota...North Dakota... Red River of the North at Fargo affecting Cass and Clay Counties. For the Red River...including Wahpeton, Hickson, Fargo, Halstad, East Grand Forks, Oslo, Drayton, Pembina...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Red River of the North at Fargo. * WHEN...Until Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Low-level dam south of Main Ave is closed (Fargo). * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:15 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 19.1 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 8:15 AM CDT Saturday was 19.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.2 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Monday afternoon. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
INSTRUCTION: Safety message - Turn around, don't drown. Don't travel through flooded areas. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks. Additional information is available at www.weather.gov.

The final form taken by a growing cumulus cloud is the
cumulonimbus cloud, which is very tall and dense.
The tower of a cumulonimbus cloud can soar 23 km into the atmosphere, although
most commonly they stop growing at an altitude of 6 km.
Even small cumulonimbus clouds appear very large in comparison to other cloud types.
They can signal the approach of stormy weather, such as thunderstorms or blizzards.

Drizzle is precipitation in the form of water droplets which are
