DESCRIPTION: At 146 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Bent Oak to near Oktoc. Movement was southeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Strong thunderstorms will be near... Crawford around 150 PM CDT. Brooksville around 155 PM CDT. Deerbrook around 200 PM CDT. Bigbee Valley around 205 PM CDT. Macon around 210 PM CDT. Prairie Point around 215 PM CDT. Paulette around 230 PM CDT. Cooksville around 235 PM CDT.

Cirrocumulus clouds form at high altitudes (usually around 5 km)
and have distinguishing characteristics displayed in a fine layer of
small cloud patches. These small cloud patches are sometimes referred to as
"cloudlets" in relation to the whole cloud formation.
Cirrocumulus clouds are formed from ice crystals and water droplets. Often, the
water droplets in the cloud freeze into ice crystals and the cloud becomes a
cirrostratus cloud. Because of this common occurrence, cirrocumulus cloud
formations generally pass rapidly.
